### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to add a `Kueue Admission and Workload Lifecycle` section to `docs/architecture.md`. The section covers two things: - How a queued `SparkApplication` or `SparkCluster` waits for the Kueue admission, with a mermaid flowchart of the decision order in `AppInitStep` and `ClusterInitStep`. - How the operator handles its Kueue `Workload` until it is released.
