### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
As a follow-up of SPARK-59958, this PR aims to deduplicate the remaining E2E
`SparkApplication` fixtures.
- Replace `tests/e2e/kueue/spark-example.yaml` with the shared
`tests/e2e/fixtures/spark-application/spark-example.yaml`.
- Merge
`tests/e2e/fixtures/spark-application/spark-application-succeeded.yaml` into
`spark-example.yaml`. They differ only in the image. This PR keeps
`apache/spark:{{SPARK_VERSION}}-scala`, which is
`apache/spark:{{SPARK_VERSION}}` without Python.
### Why are the changes needed?
To reduce the maintenance cost. For example, a Spark version upgrade needs
to update `sparkVersion` in 18 E2E files instead of 20.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.
### How was this patch tested?
Pass the CIs.
