This PR aims to document Kueue [v0.20.0](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kueue/releases/tag/v0.20.0) (2026-09-30) or newer as the required Kueue version of the Kueue integration in the `Compatibility` section of `docs/operations.md`. Previously, it was documented as the recommended version (SPARK-59932). ### Why are the changes needed? To announce the Kueue integration as supported, the documentation should state which Kueue versions are supported, and they should be the versions which the CI verifies. - Since SPARK-59930, the CI runs the Kueue E2E tests, `kueue` and `kueue-pods-ready`, only against Kueue v0.20.0. So the Kueue features added since then, e.g., SPARK-60042 and SPARK-60052, are not verified against older Kueue versions. - Kueue has served the `kueue.x-k8s.io/v1beta2` API, which is the only Kueue API the operator uses, since [v0.15.0](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kueue/releases/tag/v0.15.0) (2025-11-28). However, Kueue maintains only its latest two minor versions according to its [release process](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kueue/blob/main/RELEASE.md#patch-releases). So v0.15 to v0.18 are no longer maintained, and v0.19 will not be either after v0.21.0, which is planned for 2026-11-25. The CI already tests the required version, so no workflow change is needed. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
