### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to remove the `AZUL` vendor requirement from the Java 27 toolchain. ### Why are the changes needed? #888 (SPARK-59780) required the `AZUL` vendor temporarily because the [foojay Disco API](https://github.com/foojayio/discoapi) indexed only the `musl` (Alpine) builds of Temurin 27 for Linux. Now, the `glibc` builds of Temurin 27 ([jdk-27+35](https://github.com/adoptium/temurin27-binaries/releases/tag/jdk-27%2B35), 2026-09-22) are indexed too, and `foojay-resolver-convention` picks them on `glibc`-based environments. - #888 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
