cc @MaxGekk since you reviewed the timestamp constructor overflow handling in #56906. Would you mind taking a look? This makes `try_make_timestamp` (and the `_ntz`/`_ltz` variants) return NULL instead of throwing `ArithmeticException` when the year is outside the timestamp range. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
