@pan3793 this note was right for the earlier head. The Snowflake JDBC
upgrade belongs in its own pull request, and that work landed in #59319. This
head no longer contains those Snowflake, StAX, or JDBC version changes. The
current tree is the shaded runtime jar on top of #59155.
