Thanks for the update. I re-reviewed 575528ff4b7, and the r4139416473
request is in: SizeInBytesOnlyStatsPlanVisitor and JoinEstimation now both
estimate an ExistenceJoin from its left child, and the new SubquerySuite test
pins that the enclosing semi join keeps its broadcast.
