### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR adds `spark-test` to `github.collaborators` in `.asf.yaml`, which gives that account the GitHub triage role on this repository ([`.asf.yaml` docs](https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-asfyaml/blob/main/README.md#triage)). ### Why are the changes needed? Committers can request an AI review of a PR by adding the `ai-review-requested` label. `spark-test` posts the review and then removes the label. If anyone other than a committer adds the label, it removes the label and replies that only committers can request a review. Removing labels requires the triage role; triage cannot push code or merge PRs. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? Checked that the updated `.asf.yaml` parses and lists `spark-test` under `github.collaborators`.
