### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Set the version metadata of `spark.shuffle.streaming.writerConnectionTimeout` and `spark.sql.execution.udf.unified.execution.enabled` to `4.3.0`. ### Why are the changes needed? Both configurations are present in Spark 4.3.0 RC2. The writer timeout incorrectly claims `4.4.0`; the unified UDF execution setting incorrectly claims `4.2.0`, although it is absent from the 4.2.0 release source. Please also backport to `branch-4.x` and `branch-4.3`. The unified UDF config is in `StaticSQLConf.scala` on master and `SQLConf.scala` on `branch-4.3`. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. This only corrects configuration version metadata. ### How was this patch tested? Verified that both keys exist in the 4.3.0 RC2 source and that the patch changes only their version strings.
