Correct the introduction versions of `spark.shuffle.streaming.writerConnectionTimeout` (4.4.0 to 4.3.0) and `spark.sql.execution.udf.unified.execution.enabled` (4.2.0 to 4.3.0). The unified UDF config is in `SQLConf.scala` on this branch, so that correction is applied there instead of `StaticSQLConf.scala`. ### Why are the changes needed?
