Thanks. I checked both at dc0c9d4. "conditional: do not rewrite CASE WHEN
with non-null else branch" keeps two CASE WHEN ... ELSE 0 counts as two Expand
groups with no user-condition FILTER, so it would fail if the CASE arm's
null-else check were dropped. The PR description now records the shared-IF skip
and lists the shared-IF plan test and the conf-on/conf-off ExistenceJoin tests
for EXISTS, IN, and NOT IN.
