On the review's question about VALUES cells that mix CURRENT_LIKE expressions with nondeterministic functions: with the conf on, these cells now take the `Expand` path (a3a2849f2b1), so `VALUES (concat(current_user(), uuid()))` and `VALUES (date_add(current_date(), CAST(rand() * 10 AS INT)))` work regardless of the other rows. One correction: before this change, they failed during analysis with `INVALID_NON_DETERMINISTIC_EXPRESSIONS`, because `CheckAnalysis` rejects nondeterministic expressions in a `ResolvedInlineTable`.
