Thanks @cloud-fan, all findings from the 10-25 round are addressed in 2666748431d. NOT IN units are now routed before bare INs, which fixes the shared-IN repro (test added under both flag values). The scaladocs, the `carriedNotIn` test comment and the NOT IN arm comment are corrected, and I added a test for the carried both-inputs rejection. On the decision question, I narrowed the unknown-result rejection to the sub-query-plan route and left the older routes to SPARK-59862, so no migration note is needed (test added). `SubquerySuite` passes in full and the PR description is updated.
