### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Remove `# type: ignore[arg-type, unused-ignore]` from `np.set_printoptions(legacy=...)` call sites under PySpark. Closes https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-54952 Per the JIRA: minimum NumPy we support already has the `legacy` argument, so the ignore is unnecessary. ### Why are the changes needed? Clean up obsolete mypy suppressions so typing stays accurate as NumPy stubs improve. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
