Follow up on [LC’s review](https://github.com/apache/spark-connect-rust/pull/105#pullrequestreview-5674038361) of #105, which landed while these cleanups were being validated. - Reserve each decoded row’s value vector to the Arrow column count. - Explain why `RowFields` retains owned names for local constructors and shared names for decoded batches. - Remove redundant clone-value tests and the unrelated catalog-parser test; retain decoded-value and field-sharing coverage. Validation: 410 Rust checks passed; all core integration targets compiled with and without `wasm-udf`; formatting and core Clippy passed. The 108-class Python API snapshot is unchanged, and all 11 independent Python behavior/fixture comparisons pass. Full workspace Clippy retains the pre-existing missing wasm32 target and approximate-constant test errors. Full live-server parity was not rerun locally. The local `createDataFrame` name-copy suggestion remains separate, as requested in the review. No new performance timings are claimed; #105’s benchmark table measures `834402b` before this cleanup.
