Review comments addressed; ready for another pass. [11e9f37](https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/11e9f378674572bb0c77337e55684c70522ba09b) adds explicit multi-read V2 coverage with FileTable assertions and deduplicates index refreshes across the whole recacheByPath call. All predicates run before any cache rebuild, and every matching entry still rebuilds when its index was already refreshed. Local SBT validation: 10 refreshByPath tests and all 10 V1TimeTravelCacheSuite tests passed, along with relevant Scala style checks.
