No open items on my side: @HyukjinKwon's review was addressed in my Oct 16 update (guard coverage restored with decimal-based tests, GROUP BY behavior change documented in the migration guide). I just rebased onto master to resolve conflicts with recent migration-guide and `CachedTableSuite` changes. @cloud-fan @HyukjinKwon could you take another look when you have a chance?
