> The `Build` failure is from `SparkConfigBindingPolicySuite` ("Config
enforcement for bindingPolicy") in the hive "other tests" job: the new
`spark.history.fs.skipCompletedRollingLogListing.enabled` config doesn't
declare a binding policy. The other History Server configs use
`.withBindingPolicy(ConfigBindingPolicy.NOT_APPLICABLE)` (e.g.
`History.scala:79`), so adding that to the new entry should fix it.
Thanks @Raviston6296, good catch. Fixed in 8716aacbf7b by declaring
`ConfigBindingPolicy.NOT_APPLICABLE` on the new config, since it only applies
to the History Server. `SparkConfigBindingPolicySuite` passes locally.
