With whole-stage codegen on, an `IS NOT NULL` check written in a filter was generated lazily, so a later conjunct could raise on a row the check rejects; it is now generated at its position before a conjunct that can raise, while inferred checks, checks that can raise and lazily computed columns keep the previous placement, with a legacy config to restore it.
