This is intentional and consistent with the earlier change to the unparenthesized production. `STREAM t CHANGES` already interprets bare `CHANGES` as an unbounded changes clause; `STREAM(t) CHANGES` should have the same meaning. Parentheses around the source should not change how trailing clauses are interpreted. Queries intending `changes` as an alias can use `AS changes` or a backquoted alias.
