@feynmanliang Just discussed with @mengxr : With regards to Vector vs.
Array of Numeric types, we should stick with Vector for now. In the future,
it'd be cool to change all transformers to be able to accept either type, but
there are benefits to enforcing Vectors: simplicity + the linear algebra ops.
E.g., after DCT, users might want to make the output sparse by thresholding.
