I was looking into using openBLAS and found that the doc has been changed,
especially on the sentence for
> BLAS/LAPACK libraries on worker nodes should be built without
multithreading.
Is this no longer true since Spark 1.3.0 that I don't need to build
OpenBLAS with `USE_THREAD=0` ?
Can you also comment on the usage on Intel MKL?
