[SPARK-8072] [SQL] Better AnalysisException for writing DataFrame with
identically named columns
1. Instead of adding rule to CheckAnalysis.scala, add the rule as a check
in DataFrameWriter.scala.
2. Tests also included in DataFrameSuite.scala.
