[SPARK-8630][Streaming] Prevent from checkpointing QueueInputDStream
This PR throws an exception in `QueueInputDStream.writeObject` so that it
can fail the application when calling `StreamingContext.start` rather than
failing it during recovering QueueInputDStream.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/zsxwing/spark queueStream-checkpoint
