@cloud-fan This PR looks pretty good to me. Since we're replying on
`StructField.nullable` to skip nullablity check in codegen, that could be kind
of risk, because we right now doesn't enforce that (a field with nullable =
true could still be null). Could you remove those optimization, let's re-visit
it later?
