    @thegiive two things:
    - This patch seems to include your other patch #7038. Is this a mistake?
    - Why do you think it's supposed to be HTTP? The `restUri` here refers to 
the Spark master identifier, e.g. users will submit their applications using:
    ```
    bin/spark-submit --master spark://localhost:6066
    ```
    Internally this uses REST / HTTP to submit it, but the external interface 
should use the `spark://` prefix to signify that this is Spark standalone mode.
