@sun-rui The reason this patch keeps failing the MiMa tests is that we are
modifying the constructor of RRDD which is a Developer API if I am not wrong.
Anyways that gives us a good moment to think if we want to remove `rLibDir`
from `sparkR.init` as well. Is there some use case where users might want to
change the SparkR install location ?
