I merged with master, which now mostly calls `askWithReply` directly.
After that I started seeing an error in running a `MasterSuite` test that
complained about `RpcTimeout` not being serializable. I changed the class
definition to this
```scala
private[spark] class RpcTimeout(val duration: FiniteDuration, val
timeoutProp: String)
extends Serializable {
```
And the test was able to pass. Does this seem correct @squito ?
