The only thing that needs to happen (for the Sbt build for Scala 2.11 to
work) is for someone to publish a genjavadoc for 2.11.7 (it's a compiler
plugin, therefore it's cross-compiled with the full Scala version).
That someone needs credentials to publish to Maven Central under
`org.spark-project` and know where the sources for that fork are. So far, we
couldn't track that someone down (my email to spark-dev wasn't more successful
either).
We can wait indefinitely for that person to appear, or we can break the Sbt
build for 2.11... :-/
