Hi @tdas , now I change the code to follow your suggestion, would you
please help to review, thanks a lot.
Now we offer similar way with Scala/Java to expose offsetRanges, also
minimize the error use possibility.
```
rdd.offsetRanges()
or
stream.foreachRDD(lambda rdd: rdd.offsetRanges())
```
To support this, add lots of Kafka specific wrappers, please help to
review, greatly appreciate it.
