[HOTFIX][BUILD] Cannot build because of: [INFO] Dependency-reduced POM

***DO NOT MERGE*** There might be a better solution.
If someone want's to build the latest master, he can use this hotfix.
Building the latest master stucks in an infinity loop printing:
`[INFO] Dependency-reduced POM written at:
/home/hbase/spark/bagel/dependency-reduced-pom.xml`
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/tarekauel/spark HOTFIX-Build
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/7217.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
