[SPARK-8706] [PySpark] [Project infra] Add pylint checks to PySpark
This adds Pylint checks to PySpark.
For now this lazy installs using easy_install to /dev/pylint (similar to
the pep8 script).
We still need to figure out what rules to be allowed.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/MechCoder/spark pylint
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/7241.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
