+ @srowen on common-math3 dependency issues. I think we checked the API
inconsistency between 3.1.1 and 3.4.1 before and the conclusion was the break
changes are not critical. So we switched to 3.4.1 in Spark. For old Hadoop
versions, users can force 3.4.1 jar appearing before 3.1.1 to solve this
problem.
@josepablocam Besides the dependency issue, could you address my comments,
especially one regarding the correctness? Thanks!
