    [SQL][Minor] Remove the OverrideFunctionRegistry

    Remove the `OverrideFunctionRegistry` from the Spark SQL, as the subclasses 
of `FunctionRegistry` have their own way to the delegate to the right 
underlying `FunctionRegistry`.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/chenghao-intel/spark override
