[SPARK-8940][SparkR] Don't overwrite given schema in createDataFrame

The given `schema` parameter will be overwritten in `createDataFrame` now.
If it is not null, we shouldn't overwrite it.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/viirya/spark-1 df_not_overwrite_schema
