It (http://stackoverflow.com/a/22449845/1170730) says that I need to set a
`pylintrc` file in the root folder of the project. But I'm not sure it would
work without setting the `PYTHON_PATH` and the `PATH` so that the pylint
executable can be picked up by the shell.
