[SPARK-9022] [SQL] add projections for UnsafeRow
Added two projections: ToUnsafeProjection and FromUnsafeProjection, which
could be used to convert UnsafeRow to/from GenericInternalRow.
They will re-use the buffer during projection, similar to MutableProjection
(without all the interface MutableProjection has).
