Good point @mateiz! I've added Pivotal Repository to SparkBuild.scala and
tested it with:
```
SPARK_HADOOP_VERSION=2.2.0-gphd-3.0.1.0 SPARK_YARN=true sbt/sbt assembly
```
It seems that may commit/push has been added the existing pull request:

(N.B. I am not sure if the merge upstream commit shouldn't be removed from
the pull request)
