@JoshRosen @andrewor14 The ports added are from options flags
'--authorized-address' which should be set to a secure ip origin. So, it's not
opening to the world. I think '--authorized-address' flag's default value
should not be '0.0.0.0/0' but that is another issue to have.
@shivaram I don't exactly remember where it was needed. I'll to some more
experiments next week and note the exact use case of slave port 4040.
