I like the inclusion of the partitionId in the msg, but can you add a
"partition" label in there, eg
```scala
logInfo(s"Starting $taskName (TID $taskId, $host, partition
${task.partitionId}," +
s"$taskLocality, ${serializedTask.limit} bytes)")
```
