@holdenk Can you please add a PR description?
Also, I'd prefer we implement predictRaw properly for
DecisionTreeClassifier. This PR's changes to DecisionTreeClassifier should not
really be needed for RandomForest to implement Classifier. Could you please
remove them? In the meantime, I'm pinging someone who was interested in
working on DecisionTreeClassifier, and if he can't do send a PR right away, you
or I could instead.
