[SPARK-9336][SQL] Remove extra JoinedRows
They were added to improve performance (so JIT can inline the JoinedRow
calls). However, we can also just improve it by projecting output out to
UnsafeRow in Tungsten variant of the operators.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rxin/spark remove-joinedrows
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/7659.patch
