@andrewor14 for the question, I mean if at the beginning, the application
requests 5 executors, but later, it simply calls `sc.requestTotalExecutors(3)`
to claim its current demand, the master will not automatically kill the 2 extra
exectutors, and the application just runs with 5 executors, right?
