Testing Kinesis by enabling the flag for all pull requests in the PR
builder is not a good idea as shown over the weekend. So could you take a look
into how you can enable the Kinesis flag only when the kinesis module is
touched? This should require adding additional parameters (for env vars,
similar to build_profiles) to modules in the sparktestsupport -
