[SPARK-9395][SQL] Create a SpecializedGetters interface to track all the
specialized getters.
As we are adding more and more specialized getters to more classes (coming
soon ArrayData), this interface can help us prevent missing a method in some
interfaces.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rxin/spark SpecializedGetters
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
