Oh, by refactoring I had meant the `ModelSummary` trait which can be
inherited by these. Also the question about exposing the `numBins parameter` .
It might be good to have a setBins parameter in the future so that the user can
reuse the instance of `BinaryClassificationMetrics` and we can wrap it around
here.
