We are getting build failures as I've added a dependency on a
hive-1.2.1.spark JAR which needs to be build locally (for now), one that
reverts back to the chill-compatible Kryo 2.21 release.

This will need to be published on maven central under another group ID (as
it won't come out as an ASF one)
