@sun-rui @shivaram Could you please take a look? Since the codefreeze is
right around the corner, I would like this to get in ASAP. In order to make
sure that the R package always exists on the driver, I made it a part of
SparkContext initialization. Don't know how good of an idea it is, but would
love to hear your feedback.
