    [SPARK-9358][SQL][WIP] Code generation for UnsafeRow concat.

    This patch creates a code generated unsafe row concatenator that can be 
used to concatenate two UnsafeRows into a single UnsafeRow.
    
    Note that this is still WIP. It doesn't yet handle data concat yet, but 
only bitset (which is arguably the harder one).


You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/rxin/spark rowconcat

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/7821.patch
