@jkbradley I originally thought this could be approximate because I am
using the same algorithm as `describeTopics` which is approximate according to
the documentation. Today I review the code more carefully, including the
`BoundedPriorityQueue` that both methods are based on, I did not find any
reason `describeTopics` or `topDocumentsPerTopic` are approximate. Shall we
remove the "approximate" comment for both methods?
